Specification only. SME Automation does not build, support or troubleshoot implementations; use your own team, an AI agent or an implementer.

SME Automation publishes specifications. An account is an email address plus the profile you choose to save: industry, company size, country, role, goals, and tools. Notification settings are stored only after you tick a separate consent box. That box is unchecked until you tick it.

Advertisers and sponsors

User data is never sold or shared with advertisers. A sponsor has no login and cannot see an individual profile, tool list, email, or country. The only figures that may later inform a sponsor price are aggregated counts. A segment of fewer than 50 people is suppressed. Contacts are not sold.

Logged-in pages do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts. No analytics product is shipped with this site. If advertising is switched on later, the script can appear only on public pages and only for a signed-out visitor.

Email

Specification emails go only to people who opted in. They contain public titles, problems, and links. They do not contain the build sheet. Each message has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the emails and leaves the account in place. You can also set the frequency to off in settings.

Export and deletion

A signed-in person can download their own profile, tools, and unlock rows from the account page. A deletion request is recorded. It is not completed automatically, and it is not a support ticket. Waitlist forms store the fields you submit so the editor can read them. They are not a public directory.

What stays public

Recipe outlines, tool pages, and this policy are public. The full build sheet is fetched for a signed-in account and is not placed in the public HTML.
