Write house rules for guests or a holiday let

Write house rules for guests.

Type: [friends/family stay / holiday let]
Must-covers: [bins, quiet hours, parking, wifi, smoking, pets]
Tone: [warm / firm]
Check-out expectations: [optional]

Ask me up to 3 short questions first if anything important is missing. Wait for my answers.

Then:
1. A short rules note.
2. A welcome paragraph.
3. A checkout checklist.
4. What to put in a folder versus on the fridge.

Only use what I've told you, leave blanks for anything I haven't given, and don't invent facts, diagnoses or legal outcomes. UK English.
