Plan a picnic that isn't soggy sandwiches and forgotten cutlery

Plan a picnic.

Who: [details]
Where type: [park / beach / garden]
Diets: [list]
Travel to site: [walk / car]
Duration: [hours]

Ask me up to 3 short questions first if anything important is missing. Wait for my answers.

Then:
1. Menu that travels well.
2. Kit list (including bin bags/blanket).
3. Food safety basics for the weather.
4. A wet abort plan.

Only use what I've told you, leave blanks for anything I haven't given, and don't invent facts, prices, opening hours or bookings. UK English.
