Plan a street or community event.

Event type: [party, clean-up, plant sale]
Rough numbers: [households]
Budget: [whip-round / grant / free]
Date ideas: [options]
Permissions I know about: [road closure, none yet]

Ask me up to 3 short questions first if anything important is missing. Wait for my answers.

Then:
1. A checklist from now to the day.
2. Roles to delegate.
3. Invite / flyer blurb.
4. Permissions and insurance topics to check with the council.
5. A wet-weather plan.

Only use what I've told you, leave blanks for anything I haven't given, and don't invent facts, diagnoses or legal outcomes. UK English.

For UK council guidance on street parties or community events, use web search and name the page you used. If it doesn't search on its own, open View all tools and choose Search.
