Help me run a project retrospective. Wait for my answers. Then: 1. A 45-minute session plan with timings. 2. Ground rules to read out. 3. Five questions to ask. 4. A way to pick the top three changes. 5. An actions table: change, owner, date. Only use what I've told you, leave blanks for anything I haven't given, and don't invent facts, dates or results. UK English. Stay in this ChatGPT chat.
