Organise your email and unsubscribe from spam

Tidy Gmail with an assistant that can open it, or sort a pasted list when the chat cannot.

Specification only. SME Automation does not build, support or troubleshoot implementations; use your own team, an AI agent or an implementer.

ChatGPT Claude Copilot Gemini Grok Bot

What it does

Use Gemini to sort a sender list you paste. You unsubscribe yourself.

Why it helps

This chat does not open the inbox. You get keep, read later, and unsubscribe lists, and you click only for senders you already recognise.

Time: Under 15 minutes.

Difficulty: Easy

Tools: Gemini

Problem

The inbox is a pile of newsletters and old threads. A paste-only chat can sort a list you copy. Grok Bot, Claude with the Gmail connector, and ChatGPT Work can act in Gmail after you connect the account and approve the action.

Outcome

Mail you approve is labelled, archived, or moved to Trash (Bin). An unsubscribe link is opened only for a sender you recognise. Suspicious mail is marked as spam and its links stay closed.

Tools

Connect Gmail when that assistant supports it, approve each change, leave suspicious mail unopened.

Gemini — required. Sorts a sender list you paste. It does not open the inbox.

Basic steps

Public outline. Setup, settings, and prompts are on the full specification.

1

Planning ranges

First setup: Under 15 minutes.

After it is running: You finish this one draft in a single sitting.

These are planning ranges, not a measurement of your business. They are not a promise of time saved, and they are not a quote for implementation.

Industries: Personal Productivity. Updated 16 Oct 2026. The full specification exports as Markdown for an AI agent, and also as PDF and JSON.
