Prepare a babysitter handover note that covers the real stuff

Prepare a babysitter handover note.

Kids' names and ages: [details]
Bed/bath/meal routines: [details]
Allergies/meds: [any]
Emergency contacts: [names and numbers as labels — I'll fill numbers]
House rules: [screens, snacks, visitors]
Wi-Fi / TV notes: [optional]

Ask me up to 3 short questions first if anything important is missing. Wait for my answers.

Then:
1. A one-page handover note.
2. A short version for a grandparent who already knows them.
3. A checklist of what to show them before you leave.

Only use what I've told you, leave blanks for anything I haven't given, and don't invent facts, diagnoses or legal outcomes. UK English.
