The prompt · ChatGPT

Help me build a shared Maps list for a trip day.

City/area: [details]
Candidate places: [list]
Must / maybe / food / backup: [tag if known]
Who needs the link: [names]

Ask me up to 3 short questions first if anything important is missing. Wait for my answers.

Then:
1. Places sorted into Must / Maybe / Food / Backup.
2. A suggested list name.
3. Notes per place (one line).
4. Reminder how to create and share a list in Google Maps (You → New list; share link / invite editors).

Only use what I've told you, leave blanks for anything I haven't given, and don't invent facts, prices, opening hours or bookings. UK English.

Stay in this ChatGPT chat. Do not turn on apps or connectors, and do not use memory from another chat.
