Set up your quote follow-ups the moment you send the quote
You send a quote, mean to follow up, and three weeks later it's gone cold. Write the follow-ups now and schedule them in Gmail so they go on their own.
The problem
Quotes go out and then nothing, because you're busy on jobs and following up feels pushy, so work you could have won goes to whoever chased.
The outcome
You send a quote, mean to follow up, and three weeks later it's gone cold. Write the follow-ups now and schedule them in Gmail so they go on their own.
