Terms

Terms of service

Last updated: 25 October 2026. Version 2026-10-25.

These terms are the contract between you and Sundowner Life Limited for an account and any subscription on www.smeautomation.ai (SME Automation). They are written in plain English.

Access starts immediately. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37). There is no cooling-off period. Payments are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals only. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded, including where digital content is faulty.

Who we are

Sundowner Life Limited is a company in the United Kingdom. We run this site and we sell the subscriptions. We sell to people and to small businesses anywhere in the world. You do not need a business to hold an account. Our VAT number is GB 493152386.

Specification only. SME Automation does not build, support or troubleshoot implementations; use your own team, an AI agent or an implementer.

Email [email protected].

Accounts and sign-in

An account is the email address you confirm, plus any profile you choose to save. There is no password. We email a sign-in link from [email protected]. Each link works once and expires after about an hour. A newer link stops an older one working. Keep the link to yourself. Until it expires, anyone who opens it can enter the account.

If a third-party sign-in button is shown, that company's own terms apply to their part of the sign-in. Use an email address you control. Sign-up requires a tick that you agree to these terms and have read the privacy policy. That tick is not made for you. We store the time and the version of these terms on the account.

You must not share the account, a sign-in link, or a paid plan. One person, one account. A sign-in link is for you alone.

A free account can copy every Just ask prompt. During launch, a signed-in account may also open the full recipes, and the pricing page says when that is free. When paid plans are on sale, deeper recipes and combos follow the plan below. The privacy policy says what we store, and how to download it or ask for deletion.

Acceptable use

Use the prompts for your own work or your own life. Do not break the law with the site, scrape or bulk-copy the catalogue, or resell it as a prompt library. Do not try to open another person's account, overload the site, or break it. Do not paste someone else's private data here unless you have the right to. Do not present a prompt as if SME Automation will carry it out, or as professional advice. Do not use a sign-in link, a form, or checkout to send spam or to try a card you do not control.

We can suspend or close an account, and stop access, if you break these terms, if you misuse the site, or if a renewal payment still fails after Stripe's retry period. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us or saying so would make the abuse easier. Closing an account for misuse or non-payment does not give you a refund.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions taken through Stripe. While the pricing page says access is free during launch, we do not charge a card. The prices and renewal rules below apply when a paid plan is on sale.

A UK billing address pays in pounds. That price includes VAT. Any other billing address pays the US dollar price. Checkout will not charge a UK address in US dollars.

Starter 5 is £15 a month including VAT for a UK billing address, or $15 a month otherwise. It includes every Just ask prompt, plus 5 deeper combos in each billing period. A combo you open stays open. Openings you do not use do not roll over.

Plus 15 is £30 a month including VAT for a UK billing address, or $35 a month otherwise. It includes every Just ask prompt, plus 15 deeper combos in each billing period, on the same rules.

Unlimited is £60 a month including VAT for a UK billing address, or $59 a month otherwise. It includes every Just ask prompt and every deeper combo while that subscription is active.

Unlimited yearly is £600 a year including VAT for a UK billing address, or $590 a year otherwise. It is the same access as monthly Unlimited, for the year you have paid. Compared with twelve monthly payments, that is 2 months free.

A plan renews automatically for the same length of time, a month or a year, until you cancel. Stripe charges the card you gave them at the start of each new period. If a renewal payment does not go through, access continues while Stripe retries the card. If the payment still fails after those retries, paid access ends. A combo you have already opened stays available unless we close the account for misuse. Just ask prompts stay available to a signed-in account that is not closed.

To change plan or payment method, use the billing portal on your account. We do not start a second subscription while one is already active, trialing, or past due.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a monthly or a yearly plan at any time in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep the access you paid for until the end of that period. We do not cut the period short because you cancelled.

Deleting your account is different. Deleting your account cancels a paid subscription immediately. There is no refund, and no further invoices are taken. The account is deleted within one month.

Prices and VAT

The UK prices above include VAT. We record a net price, and VAT is added so a UK buyer pays the figure on the pricing page. The VAT rate for a UK buyer is currently 20%. A billing address outside the UK pays the published dollar price. Stripe Tax is on. If a tax has to be added for that address, the checkout page shows it before you pay.

We can change a price, a plan, or what a plan includes. A higher price, or a change that materially reduces a plan you have already paid for, applies to the next renewal and not to the period you have paid. We put the new price on the pricing page, or email the address on the account, before that renewal. You can cancel before the renewal if you do not agree.

Payments are non-refundable

Payments are non-refundable. There is no partial refund and no pro-rata refund. That includes a yearly plan cancelled part way through the year. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not return the period you have already paid for. You keep access until the end of that period.

No cooling-off period

Access to a paid plan starts immediately. What you buy is digital content that is not supplied on a disc or other physical medium.

By subscribing, you expressly request that supply begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply has begun. That waiver is regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. There is no cooling-off period.

Before any payment is taken, checkout requires this tick, and it is not ticked for you: “I agree to the Terms and want access to start now. I understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel and payments are non-refundable.” We do not open Stripe, and we do not take payment, unless you have ticked it. We store the time and the version of these terms on your account and on the payment.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded. That includes rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where digital content is faulty.

AI output

Prompts, recipes, and sample answers are guidance, provided as is. They are a starting point you paste into an AI chat, or a plan you follow yourself. We do not warrant that a result will be accurate, complete, fit for a purpose, or the same the next time you run it. They are not legal, tax, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You check the result before you rely on it, send it, or act on it. Prices, dates, names, and promises in a draft are yours to confirm.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Copilot, and any other AI tool are run by other companies. Their terms, limits, data rules, and prices are theirs. We are not liable for those tools: not for what they reply, not for them being unavailable or changing, and not for what they do with what you paste. A sample answer on the site shows the shape of a result. It is not a promise that your chat will match it.

Intellectual property

We own the site and the library: the prompt text, the sample answers, the recipes, and the way the catalogue is arranged. A subscription does not transfer that ownership.

We give you a limited licence to use the prompts and sample answers for your own personal use, or inside the business you work in. That includes pasting a prompt into a third-party AI tool and using the output in your own work. The output you make from your own facts is yours, subject to that tool's terms. The licence does not let you scrape the site, resell the prompts, or republish them.

Text, files, and business data you submit stay yours. You let us store them and show them back to you, as the privacy policy describes. This licence does not remove a use that the law does not let us forbid.

Sponsorship

A business that books a paid placement follows the Sponsorship terms, not the subscription rules on this page.

Your responsibility

You will cover us against a claim, loss, or reasonable cost arising from your breaking these terms, from you sharing the account, or from content you submit. This does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by our own fault. Nothing here makes you responsible for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our fraud.

If you are a consumer, that responsibility applies only so far as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 allow.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for a statutory right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that the law does not allow us to exclude. The same applies to any other liability that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 does not allow us to limit or exclude.

The site and the prompts are provided as is. We are not liable for a decision you take from a prompt or a sample answer. We are not liable for a third-party AI tool, its output, its availability, or its terms.

Where the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data, including loss caused by you sharing a sign-in link.

If you buy as a business, our total liability to you for claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the site in that period. If you are a consumer, that cap and the exclusion of indirect loss apply only so far as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 allow.

Changes

We can change the site, the prompts, the plans, the features, the prices, and these terms. The date and the version at the top of this page change when these terms change.

A change that raises a price, or that materially reduces a paid plan, does not apply to a period you have already paid for. It applies to the next renewal, after we have emailed the address on the account or posted a notice on the site. You can cancel before that renewal. If you do not have a paid plan, an update to these terms applies from the date at the top. A change cannot take away a right the law does not let us take away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales hear a dispute. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you keep the mandatory rights of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your home courts where that law says you can.
