Update the ops page from the week's changes
The ops page describes last quarter. A proposed edit lists what would change on the page, and you paste it yourself.
Write a handover for a card
Cards move to another person with a ping and no context. The handover has the card title, the last comment, and what is still open.
Write the kickoff list for a project
Projects start with a meeting and no list, so the first week is spent asking where things are. A kickoff list names the inputs from the brief and the person who owns each one.
